Daniel Marcolina of Marcolina Design (a partnership with Dan and his wife Denise) was one of the first all digital design firms in Philadelphia. For over 30 years their hallmark has been blending technology and design concepts with a playful, elegant tone across a multitude of media from actual to virtual. Over the last 6 years their work has been breaking new ground in AR, VR and AI. They have produced immersive experiences for clients like Adobe, Procter and Gamble and Pfizer along with activations in galleries and event spaces. Their unique workhas earned them features in dozens of books and magazines.


Ted Colegrove is a professional designer and photographer based in Bethlehem, PA. Ted leads as the Manager of Content and Design at OM Digital Solutions, formerly Olympus Cameras. He is also a freelance photographer and has been an adjunct professor of interactive design at Moravian University for over 12 years. Personally, Ted’s skills vary and cover a wide range of interests and abilities.

Specializing in studio product photography, in-environment product photography, and low-light/no-light night vision photography for the tactical industry, Ted’s work can be found across the Lehigh Valley, displayed at ArtsQuest Headquarters, on local billboards and signage, and within numerous small businesses.


Laks Srinivasan is an executive, entrepreneur and advisor in AI and digital transformation with over 15 years of experience. He currently serves as Co-Founder and Managing Director at Return on AI Institute, where he is a go-to advisor for companies looking to integrate AI into their business models. Known for his practical insights, Laks has advised clients on leveraging AI for programmatic marketing and customer value optimization in financial services, telecom and media industries. Previously, as COO of Opera Solutions, he was instrumental in pioneering AI solutions on a global scale. Laks often shares his research and expertise at prestigious platforms like MIT Sloan Management Review webinars and industry conferences. He holds an MBA from Wharton and mentors future leaders in data analytics at Lehigh University. He currently serves on the board of Lehigh Valley Public Media.
