🎤 Speakers:

Dr. Denise T. Ogden, Professor of Marketing (PSU-Lehigh Valley), Council for Retail and Sales

Professor Dr. Denise Ogden has spent the last 23 years at Penn State University’s Lehigh Valley Campus. Prior to pursuing a career in academia, Ogden worked in Public Relations for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (Colorado). Upon arriving in Pennsylvania she joined D&B (formerly the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation) where she worked in various positions. Upon arriving in Pennsylvania she joined D&B (formerly the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation) where she worked in various positions. At D&B she received two national awards for outstanding performance.  Ogden is a two-time recipient of the Lehigh Valley Campus Teaching Excellence Award as well as the Penn State University Atherton Award for excellence in teaching. Her research interests include retailing and integrated marketing communication (IMC).


Louis Holzman, Director, Business Development at Altitude Marketing

Louis Holzman is a community-centric, entrepreneurial-minded leader who has utilized his skills of bringing people together, listening and identifying shared value within, and fostering ignition and growth for the organizations he is involved in. Currently leading revenue marketing and sales operations at Altitude Marketing, he is responsible for identifying and winning best-fit new business opportunities, leading to roughly six times top-line growth since his start.


Kelly-Anne Suarez, Executive Director, Brand Marketing, Lehigh Valley Health Network

Kelly-Anne Suarez is originally from Florida and graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators) with a degree in journalism. She started her career as a writer for the Los Angeles Times, covering everything from crime to entertainment. After a stint at The Morning Call, she shifted into marketing and communications, working in the arts and real estate before landing at the world’s most colorful company: Crayola. As the national spokeswoman and public relations leader for the Crayola Experience brand, she helped grow brand equity while opening new attractions around the country. In 2018, she joined Lehigh Valley Health Network, where she is now the Executive Director of Brand Marketing. At LVHN, she leads marketing strategy and bought media efforts for the $4 billion dollar health system.
